David J. Baird, MAA
Candidate for Board of Assessors (Incumbent)
It has been my honor and a privilege to serve the needs of the Town of Clinton for the last 9 years as Chairman of the Board of Assessors. I have been fortunate to serve with many dedicated, professional employees and elected officials over these past nine years. Most importantly, I've worked with hundreds of residents that have allowed me into their personal lives to help them in some way understand and tolerate the necessary burden of local taxation.

Francis J. Duggan
Candidate for Town Solicitor
My goal, if elected, is to make myself available to all Town Departments and Boards for any legal questions or concerns which may arise. I want any town employee or citizen to feel comfortable calling me or approaching me at any time to discuss their concerns. I would make myself available to attend any meetings or hearings in which a legal opinion may be needed.

It has been an honor and privilege to serve the Town of Clinton for the past eleven (11) years in the capacity of elected and appointed official. I have served as Parks and Recreation Commission member 1997 - 2000, Board of Selectmen 1999 - 2005 and Board of Assessors 2007 - present.
