roommate wanted

Elderly lady has room for rent in Clinton.  $400 per month.  Includes heat, hot water, electricity, off street parking, cable, and internet.
Located on the third floor.
Does not include laundry.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Walking distance to park and High Street.
