Well the amount of cars I see running those new stop signs will only add to the issue with the kids in the street who assume cars need to stop.

Guilty as charged!   I went right through it yesterday, and then noticed it.  It must happen a lot after decades of driving a street and then a new stop sign appears.

Well where are they????

Re: Central Park

Yeah it's the intersection at the library and town hall. I always stop and see nearly every time I'm there at least 1 car blow through them. So now with those signs and teens expecting the cars to stop, it's a matter of time until a teen is struck by a car.

Re: Central Park

These signs were put up last year, weren't they? I don't think they're new.

Re: Central Park

A few teens have pointed out that the police monitor them while they are at the park, but don't go after the cars that blow through the stop signs. How's that for priorities....

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it's broke, fix it only if you can't live without it.

Re: Central Park

You are right they should arrest the kids for vandalism of that park and write the tickets on that stop sign!
